I started noticing several varieties of pine cones on my walks, found and collected seven different types. Guess what? The largest is about 15 cm and the smallest being about 2 cm! I collected, washed and sterilized them and painted them. One thing led to the other and before I knew, I was designing and making one-of-a kind, eco- friendly, votive holders. It was mid December, and I would spend a good 2-3 hours and make a votive holder. I sold three before Christmas and was thrilled.
