We are an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau and are proud of our A+ rating. We specialize in computer and laptop virus cleaning and tune-ups at reasonable rates. We build and upgrade computer systems, as well as repair laptops and notebooks; and have many parts in stock for the do-it-yourself. We offer in-store service and well as on-site and also have a pick-up and delivery service for residential as well as business customers. PC Techs & Parts is unique in its business philosophy. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and strive to develop long-term relationships with our customers. We believe that practical, honest, personal service is the key to this philosophy. Although there are ample choices for people to make in deciding where to buy a custom computer system, computer parts, or have their computer repaired, the outcome is usually the same. The customer gets shuffled through the purchase or repair process, not understanding, but more importantly not trusting that what is happening is actually in his best interest.
