Constant break-ins and too expensive. Has changed ownership three times since I've been a customer. Since Public Storage took over, no one works in the front office and nobody answers the phone.

Ownership changed in 2023. Now it's hard to reach management. Calls go through to voice mail, nobody returns calls, nobody in office. No signage to say when they'll be back. New ownership...
