From the moment I stepped foot in the door to the moment I stepped out, I was unimpressed. The front desk woman did not acknowledge or greet me as I checked in via the tablet (only option)...

Understaffed.... Long wait times...no service for check in.... Have to check in manually which is difficult for many.... Also, Location being inside a hospital is not convenient.
