I tried the Vegan Miso Ramen, thick broth with thick noodles. It was splendid. I wouldn't go as far as to say this is the best Ramen ever but I don't recall any other Ramen place in Seattle area...

Get here early as it gets crowded and is first come first serve. In the middle of pike-pine, it can be busy. This place is here for one thing only which is fresh ramen. And man does it deliver....
