Until the mid-1940s, the company name was Genesee Coal & Stoker, as coal was primary source of residential heat in Seattle. Genesee Energy is now proudly delivering the highest quality renewable, low carbon heating oil and propane. Our roots in the Seattle area run deep as we have a long list of loyal customers who have been with us since the early years.
