Started in 2007 Scratch Restaurant is in the heart of the entertainment district located next door to the Historic Montvale Hotel and down the street from the Davenport properties. Casual fine dining at its best in Spokane. Extensive wine list, over 50 signature cocktails and most extensive dinner menu downtown. Come eat!
