Seattle Sauna is a year-round floating Nordic wood-fired floating sauna by Lake Union. Moored at the Seattle Marina, our hand-built cedar sauna offers 2 traditional wood-fired stoves, rooftop deck and cold exposure (5-liter cold plunge bucket and outdoor shower). 90-min guided sessions follow the classic sauna cycle of heat, cold and rest for deep relaxation, improved circulation and mental clarity.
