In Skalka - we serve versions of khachapuri boats with classic cheese toppings (cheese, butter, and egg yolk); chicken with tomatoes, eggplant, and bell pepper (vegetarian); beef stroganoff with pickles; and red beans, bacon, and pickled chili peppers. We start small batches of dough multiple times a day and make every single bread boat by hand from scratch and to order.
