A-holes that stand around and talk while you sit waiting for them to help you after dealing with heavy traffic and A tiny parking lot , You will sit there looking at the employees talk about crap...

terrible. still resolving issues as a result of misinformation and misrepresentation from this particular office months later. TMobile is great. this location and sales reps are not.
