With the arias best Cocktails and most extensive full bar. The Mark Olympia has been serving classic Italian food for more than two decades. They are now focusing only on Pizza alla Romana and have begun by serving Pizza al Taglio. In pizza dough preparation a precise mix of flour, water, sourdough yeast, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt are used, there are no hidden animal fats. With a dough maturation time approx. 54 hours. There is a breakdown of sugars making the Pizza more digestible. And the vegan pizzas are much lower calorically, and exceptionally heart healthy. Whenever possible local organic ingredients are used. The Mark is a great location for smaller private events and has three different event space/rooms to accommodate your needs.

Worst restaurant in Olympia. The Mark used to be cool now they serve crappy pizza on a paper plate. The owner is so incompetent that she should get out of the restaurant business.

Delicious pizza and nice ambiance. The service was casual but authentic. I wouldn't get fancy on the cocktails here, stick to the basics.
