I really enjoy eating at local restaurants. With that in mind ,my shredded hash browns are always under cooked. I tell them With each order please ,I like them crispy!

Great diner "near me" when we wanted an all day breakfast place. Good service. Good food. Huge menu. Good environment. What else matters in a diner?!
