As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, I help patients develop the self-care skills needed for diabetes management and train them on diabetes devices such as continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps. New and better technologies are evolving all the time, and I strive to educate each patient on what works best for them and their specific needs.
