My double cheeseburger was RAW! Tried calling to let them know, so they don't serve anyone else raw food. No answer. Hope I don't get sick

It's fast food not rocket science. But this Wendy's location never gets orders right. I order sour cream and chive potatoe! I'm lucky if the potatoe is cooked correctly . Then they forget butter...
