Subsequently, the company also began production of 30-gallon canners for hotel use and soon thereafter developed 10-gallon models suitable for home canning. In 1915 the company installed an aluminum foundry for the specific purpose of manufacturing large-size pressure canners for home use. From pressure cookers to electric skillets, from the Presto Burger maker to compact pizza cookers, National Presto has consistently been on the leading edge of electric kitchen products.
