If I can give negative stars, I would. After 2 or 3 months of renting my unit in Tomah they decided to send me a letter that they were upping my rent by $30 for "maintenance" of the facility....

Lack of providing safe conditions to get to your items in your paid unit. Icy conditions 5+ feet. 44+ minutes in 15 degree weather with no help after calling twice.
