Perfect Patterns employs more than 70 skilled craftsmen who produce wood, metal and plastic tooling for the foundry and permanent mold industries. Founded in 1954, the company maintains three plant facilities in Appleton and Waupaca, Wis., and Owensboro, Ky. In all, these plants encompass more than 45,000 square feet of climate-controlled manufacturing space and are equipped with more than 30 network-controlled milling, turning and electrical discharge machines as well as the latest software. Perfect Patterns has been ISO 9001:2000 certified since 1998.
