Rheocast Company specializes in the contract manufacture of high pressure die castings. It is a full-service brass and aluminum high pressure die casting firm based in Germantown, Wis. The ISO 9001:2008 company serves a variety of industries, such as original equipment manufacturers, transportation industries, automotive, marine and specialty craft, security hardware, exit hardware, fluid metering and many others throughout the United States. Rheocast Company offers brass and aluminum high pressure die casting in sizes ranging from a few ounces to over 10 pounds. It also offers a full line of value engineering services, including Computer Aided Design engineering, tooling design and construction, finishing, assembly, quality management systems and many more.

Since 1920, Advance Die Casting has been a zinc and aluminum die-castings provider, serving customers throughout the United States. The firm makes available various products and services, such as aluminum/zinc die casting machines, mold/sand castings, finishing, computerized bar coding/ordering/invoicing (EDI), engineering assistance and CNC capabilities. Located in Milwaukee, Wis., it caters to diverse die cast needs through 21 die cast machines, five CNC's and various machining equipment. Advance Die Casting is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and is a division of Rollcast LLC.

Austin Foundry began operations in September of 1946 in a small building and has been producing quality castings for customers ever since.
