Sandwiches are on very nice bread & horse radish sauce is great. Not a tall- stuffed sandwich. Downtown prices. Good selection of fountain drinks.

it's a chain restaurant. The sandwich was fine but my biggest complaint is the app. it stinks and I had to pay more b/c the coupon on the app could only be used in the app. It's better than subway...

Visited this Potbelly for a lunch and I didn't feel very welcomed u till I got to the gentleman adding toppings to my sandwich. The First Lady asking for the sandwich topping was not welcoming...

It's always a hit or miss experience ordering from this potbelly's, they have gotten my sandwich orders purchased through DoorDash wrong on multiple occasions, however, the food is always good....
