This is a small town, home town type bank. They have a branch or two in the area and do have a drive thru as part of the main office and an ATM that us located about a block from their main...

They did a hard inquiry on my credit report without permission. They said I need to come it to the branch to sign a paper to have it removed from my credit report. I'm sure I'm not the only one...
