went to buy christmas presents today and sign says 11am-6pm. arrived at 12:45 and store was locked up and no sign indicated if they were closed for another reason. lots of lost sales.

Soup worked with us on transferring information on 2 iPhones and an iPad. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The following day, he followed up with a phone call to see if we had any concerns.
