Campbell County Parks and Recreation Department is a public service utility offering various recreational programs and activities. The department also operates the Campbell County Parks and Recreation Center that features various basketball courts surrounded by a walking and running track, and a cardiovascular room with treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, and free and universal weights. The center also features racquetball, handball and squash courts, and locker and steam rooms. It also operates an Olympic-sized swimming pool with diving and instructional areas, suntan bed, dry sauna, seasonal waterslide with a zero-depth wading pool, and an ice arena.
