We custom cut your animal to your specification including size of package, number of steaks, size of roasts and size of hamburger packages. We offer a combination of hand paper wrapped packages as well as vacuum sealed packages. We will soon be offering professional roll-stock thermo-packed packages. We offer further processing including sausages, hamburger patties, jerky, hams, smoked meats. Undergoing inspection from the State of Wyoming. This allows customers to market their domestic animals anywhere in the Wyoming. This also allows any Bison to be marketed anywhere in the United States.
