For the discerning backpacker, Cullinan Backpackers is situated in a stunning old mansion that conveys an intimate and homely feel, offering comfortable dorms with luxury bathrooms en-suite as well as on-suite doubles. Outside, our large garden has plenty of space for you to nap in one of our hammocks, soak up some African sun or chill in our pool after a hard day of adventuring. At night our bar comes to life and it is the place to be for a chat with other interesting travelers, while you enjoy a beer/wine/shooter/scotch at very resonable prices. You can decide if its gonna be a big night partying or a relaxed one with a book on a couch. Either way, we will do our best to ensure you get what you want! With our in-house adventure zone you will never have to sit around wondering what to try next. An amazing array of adventure awaits you, from Lion encounters (we figure why just look at them from afar if you can get right up close and touch them?), abseiling, horse safaris, game drives, bongo sessions, quad-bike trails, paintball war-games, bicycle hire, bass fishing, Soweto Tours and many other adventures.
