Liguria Ristorante

Liguria Ristorante is a small Italian restaurant that represents a culinary culture from the region/province in Italy better known to most as The Italian Riviera. When once asked "What is it about your food that keeps customers raving and coming back for more", the owner replied "I guess all we really do is keep our dishes simple and honest". At Liguria Ristorante we work in a very similar manner to our relatives in Monterosso Al Mare, whereby we are a small family of a team working hard but still having fun and joking and occasionally shouting at each other (like all Italians do) all in order to deliver good yet friendly service and delicious food. The restaurant is not formal, but it is elegant and it is forever improving on a daily basis, but what's more important is that Liguria Ristorante has soul, and that can definitely be felt the minute one walks in and sits down for a Riviera style experience.
