Mok Art Gallery

MOK gallery exhibits mostly South African Contemporary Art. What is unique about the gallery is that its walls are not white and pristine, but mud bricks dating from 1685. The building used to belong to the first owner of Muratie, German soldier Laurens Campher who married the young slave woman, Ansella van de Caab. All artists that exhibit here are carefully selected by the owner and curator. Our mission is to showcase best local talent to our many visitors and frequent clients.
