Our food is inspired by The Karoo and the bountiful ingredients it offers. We source seasonally, locally and organically as we can. If we can’t grow it in our Organic gardens, we forage or find the best source. Milling our own wheat at The Hundred year old water mill up on the hill, is what we bake with and picking unique ingredients such as queen of the night cactus fruit is what we use to create Unique dishes for Stirlings. We incorporate indigenous medicinal herbs and plants that we harvest from the veld into our dishes to enhance your Karoo Experience just that little bit more.
