At Yoga Zone we believe in our passion, purpose and principles. We teach invigorating Bikram & Vinyasa yoga classes geared to optimise health and wellbeing. Yoga Zone is an inner-city haven welcoming all those who seek vitality and balance. Our yoga rooms are spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a sophisticated heating and airflow system in the heated studio, as well as an unheated studio. The studio is equipped with change-rooms and showers, making yoga an easy interlude to your day, morning, afternoon, or evening. Our experienced teachers put you first and specialise in giving classes which both nurture beginners and challenge more advanced students. We teach with compassion, knowledge and a wealth of collective experience. We support you at your own pace for your own body, because everybody's journey is unique.
