He is trained at Ecole de Pizzaiolo in Paris and he has imported a professional oven heated by wood. He is offering home delivery service and his clients will eat a traditional italian Pizza in Abidjan. Even if Copa d`Elio, Pizzeria Sorrento and Restaurant Colosseo are also good Pizzeria, LE MAESTRO is absolutely NR.1. The restaurant is using traditional mozzarella (not gouda or similar) and fresh mushrooms.
