A warm friendly welcome awaits you as you step inside our door. Quiet, restful surroundings. Comfortable, elegant guest rooms. Bathrooms with an abundance of thick fluffy towels and exclusive "Lavender Lane" toiletries. We have two guest rooms available. The "Rose Room" situated at street level has a Queen size bed and own ensuite bathroom. Downstairs is the "Magnolia Room" with a King size bed and a single bed.The bathroom is just down the hall and is shared only with your considerate host. Also located downstairs is the Guest Lounge with a flat screen TV, where you can make a tea or coffee and sample some of our complimentary home baking. Or you may wish to enjoy a glass of wine on your private deck overlooking the garden. We are located just 5 minutes drive from the City Centre and are also on the City Link bus route. Local shops are located just a short walk away and include a Dairy, Takeaways, Bakery and Cafe.
