At Mount Pilates, we offer studio style Reformer Pilates classes. Our group classes take a maximum of 5 people and are equipped with the best BASI Systems Reformer and Tower combo. We have highly trained teachers, and small class sizes which means we can support you to focus on perfecting your technique to enhance practice & get incredible results. Pilates is renowned for achieving lean toned muscles, improving core control and balance, improving athletic performance and preventing back pain and other injuries. We will be working on spinal articulation, breathing, weight bearing and alignment, and axial elongation and core control. We run Fundamentals (beginner), Intermediate, Advanced, Mums & Bubs (can bring baby to class from 6 weeks post partum), Pregnancy & Private Pilates classes/sessions. Due to the nature of our small, intimate classes we do require you to book into any classes that you intend to attend.
