As part of Andaz Singapore’s upgrading efforts, 665°F will be temporarily closed from 12th August 2024 onwards and is scheduled to reopen in early September 2024. Located on level 38 at Andaz Singapore, steakhouse restaurant 665°F specialises in prime meats, including beef aged in-house and sustainable seafood grilled in a Pira oven, which sits at the heart of the kitchen. Helmed by Chef de Cuisine Poh Boon Neo, look forward to an array of delectable signature dishes infused with global influences, courtesy of Chef Boon's postings with Michelin-starred restaurants. The Cellar, a new dining extension within the restaurant, offers stunning bay views, and over 400 bottles of Old and New World wine labels. Three private dining rooms that seat up to 6, 8 and 12 guests are available for booking.
