Anytime we go in we get smiley faces and always helpful. I can't say anything ever negatively on any visit over the years. Will go back of course.

Went in on my sons 2nd Birthday & was greeted right away... She was soo nice and gave him a sticker... She ( I dont remember her name - sorry!) tried her hardest to entertain him but all he wanted...

Staff was very helpful, upbeat, and kind despite some customers being inpatient. Definitely recommend especially for Sanrio fans.

I went to a party here, and I have to say, this is an AWFUL place to have a party. Worst I've ever seen. If you were hosting a bunch of little kids for two hours at a party, how can you not have...
