Thompsonville is a village in Benzie County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 457 at the 2000 census. The village is located in the south of the county on the boundary between Weldon Township and Colfax Township.

Thompsonville, MI is best known for the ski resort located there, Crystal Mountain.
