Roff is a town in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 734 at the 2000 census.
Roff is located at 34°37′36″N 96°50′29″W / 34.62667°N 96.84139°W / 34.62667; -96.84139 (34.626746, -96.841478). According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.9 square miles (2.4 km²), of which, 0.9 square miles (2.4 km²) of it is land and 1.06% is water.
