Rembert is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sumter County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 406 at the 2000 census. It is included in the Sumter, South Carolina Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.4 square miles (11.4 km2), all of it land. It is named after Frenchman Andre Rembert.
